@Mentions not working on Connections 4.5 CR3

We are experiencing issues with @mentions in Internet Explorer 9 at a customer. The customer uses dutch and french keyboards. If we change the keyboard layout to US everything works as expected.

In Firefox everything is working as expected even with a dutch or french keyboard.

This issue seems to be a revert bug from Connections 4.0 that was fixed in CR4

In the meanwhile we are using “alt + 64” to get to the @ symbol. That works
